Kyero.com Now Available in Russian

Today, award-winning Spanish property portal, Kyero.com launched a Russian language version of the site: http://ru.kyero.com
The new site features 100,000 Spanish properties from 1,400 estate agents in Spain and allows Russian-speaking buyers to access the Spanish property market in their own language.
Kyero.com also provides estate agents with a simple point-and-click translation tool to enable them to fully describe each property in Russian – as well as in 6 other languages.
The Russian version of Kyero.com is the latest in a series of comprehensive language translations of Kyero.com. Portuguese and Italian versions are due to be added towards the end of 2008, making a total of 9 language versions of the site.
Martin Dell, Managing Director of Kyero.com says the move will help attract new Russian-speaking property buyers into the market: “In the current market conditions, estate agents in Spain need as much help as they can get. Addressing a potential buyer in their own language is now an essential aspect of successful marketing, and an obvious way of filling the gap left by Spanish and English-speaking buyers.”

Estate agents using the point-and-click translation tool inside their Kyero.com control panel also benefit from having their properties automatically translated into Russian. As new language versions of Kyero.com are added, an estate agents’ properties become available in each language – without them having to do anything – and at no extra cost.
